The Calgary Reggae Festival Society requires a Promotions / Media / Information Tent Co-ordinator for its 2012 festival and beyond..... As part of the ReggaeFest 2012 volunteer committee you will meet with the team once a month. In between meetings promotion of ReggaeFest events will be necessary - contact with media, distribution of promotional material, promotions at other city events and more. The information table runs all day during the Main Stage Event of ReggaeFest at Shaw Millennium Park. The information tent is an integral part of the event with the following being run out of the tent - raffle ticket sales, lost persons, lost and found and dissemination of general park information. ReggaeFest is August 15 - 18 in 2012 and the Main Stage event is on August 18. Please see the attached posting for a more detailed description of the role.
