PAL Calgary needs your response to a survey by January 16, 2009
Performing Arts Lodge (PAL) Calgary - "Caring for Our Own" A non profit charitable organization dedicated to providing affordable housing, care and a sense of community for disadvantaged, disabled and senior individuals, with preference given to those who have worked in the performing arts or allied industries.
Our mandate extends not only to those in front of the audience or camera, but those behind the scenes as well. Professional actors, artists, writers, comedians, crew, dancers, designers, musicians, singers, technicians, ushers and even critics are a part of the PAL mandate.
WHY? To determine the degree of need for a performing arts lodge in Calgary and achieve an accurate picture of what people in the arts community require in affordable housing. A report based on the statistics will be included in a prospectus on the project, for presentation to potential funding bodies and philanthropic donors
WHO? Anyone, currently living in or potentially returning to Alberta, who has worked in any capacity of the performing or visual arts should fill out this survey. Your input is valuable to us whether or not you think you would use the services of a performing arts lodge.
CONFIDENTIALITY This professional survey is being conducted by the MBA Consulting Alliance, an affiliate of the Haskayne School of Business. All information collected will be strictly confidential and only seen by the person(s) from the MBA Consulting Alliance tabulating the results and writing the report based on statistical findings. Under the Privacy Act, no one from the PAL organization will have access to any identifiable information.
