Bil Hetherington recently finished his coursework for an Applied Bachelor of Policy Studies Degree at Mount Royal College while working in the office of Dave Taylor, MLA. Bil is active in his community sitting on several community and professional association boards.

He has toured internationally as a musician, singing and writing songs in bands including the Neckers and his newest solo project: Bil Hetherington and the Asian Tigers. Bil also enjoys travelling the world with his significant other. It is Bil’s interest and experience with policy and the arts/music community that makes Calgary Arts Development a natural fit. Bil has a keen interest in contributing to the growth of arts and culture in Calgary in the area of art space program coordination.
