The Sun and Salsa festival was this past weekend and it was fantastic! Thanks to all those who helped out.

Our fourth booth of the summer will be at the Inglewood Sunfest on August 4 (Saturday), and we need volunteers for the afternoon shift, 2pm to 5pm. If you can help out or have questions, please get in touch at boxoffice@lunchboxtheatre.com or 403-265-4292. The 11am to 2pm is full, as is the morning shift for Marda Gras on Sunday August 12. The afternoon shift for Marda Gras (1:30pm to 5pm) still needs volunteers as well!

If you would like to help but can't commit to 3 to 3.5 hours or your availability doesn't match up with a shift, we'd still love to have you! Let us know when you can be there.

Volunteer Duties
- Say hello to festival attendees and hand out brochures
- Encourage attendees to enter a draw for a 12/13 PlayPass
- Answer questions about Lunchbox
- Encourage people to participate in our activity, which is hearing from them how they take back their lunch hours.

At least one volunteer must be up handing out brochures at all times, but you can spell off for breaks (to see the festival, get some food or rest) or if you need to sit down.

Dress for the weather - whatever that turns out to be! The event will happen rain or shine, and we do have a tent and a couple of chairs (for breaks). Bring your hats, umbrellas, sunscreen, water bottles, snacks, etc.

Lunchbox staff will be taking care of set up and take down, and will be available by phone at all times if you have any questions during the day.

We need 2-3 volunteers for the 2pm to 5pm shift at Sunfest and the 1:30pm to 5pm shift at Marda Gras
