Be a Part of The Hottest 12 Weeks of Winter
Calling all arts organizations that are performing, presenting, sharing, hosting, and generally showing awesome art during January, February, and March 2020 in the Downtown area (14th St. SW to Elbow River and 17th Ave. SW to Bow River).
Calgary Arts Development is working on amplifying all the amazing arts events happening downtown for The Hottest 12 Weeks of Winter. If your organization is holding an event, please submit it to us no later than Friday, December 13, 2019 to be included in the promotional activities for this initiative.
You can submit the information through any of the following ways:
- Fill out our event submission form.
- Add events@calgaryartsdevelopment.com to your mailing list.
- Email us at events@calgaryartsdevelopment.com with your press release and a photo.
- Add YYC What’s On as co-host on your Facebook events.
There are so many ways to share with us so Calgarians know how much there is to experience this winter in the arts scene. Of course, the sooner you get it to us, the sooner we can get it on yycwhatson.ca.
