The new Central Library building is not only beautiful to look at, but it is an unbelievable place to gather.
This is why this week’s episode of Village Radio sees Dave Kelly host Calgary Public Library CEO Bill Ptacek to chat about the new building and what it means for the community.
Among his other initiatives are a full rebranding, a new catalogue and website, a focus on safety, free library cards for all, the growth of the Library’s Foundation, and a refresh in the design and collections at all libraries in the system.
