It’s that time again! The $100 Film Challenge has opened registration for this year’s Artifact Small Format Film Festival.

For $100 you get a roll of Super 8 film, a camera (if needed), and we handle the shipping, processing and digitization.

If you’re interested send an email to programming@csif.org to register as spots are limited. This is a perfect way to experiment with analog film whether it’s your first time or your thousandth.

  • Pickup film by February 18, 2026
  • Drop off film by February 25, 2026
  • Film will debut April 4, 2026 at: ARTiFACT Small Format Film Festival.
