A Future for Artists survey, created in partnership with Shoreline Collaboratives, aims to gain a better understanding of the working conditions and needs of professional artists.

Who is behind the survey?
The Sobey Art Foundation has been working with a national group of artists to guide the Foundation as it considers new ways to support contemporary artists. This group of past shortlisted and longlisted artists is working with Shoreline Collaboratives, leaders in equity-driven organizational change, to design and administer a survey for working artists that will inform recommendations on the future of the Sobey Art Award.
