Art for Smiles, our annual community arts event, is back!
Join us for “Stories That Shape Us”—an inspiring gathering celebrating youth voices, creativity, and storytelling through art. The event brings together youth artists, filmmakers, and community members to explore identity, culture and belonging.
What to expect:
- Film screenings + discussion with filmmakers
- Panel: Growing Up Between Worlds – Youth, Art & Cultural Identity
- Indigenous youth-led beading workshop
- Collaborative community mural
- Listening Booth featuring youth stories on lived experiences of racism
