EAR is conducting a brief Artist Health & Wellness Access Survey for Organizations to better understand how arts, culture, community, and health organizations are currently supporting artists and creative workers — and where gaps, challenges, and opportunities for collaboration exist.
We’re particularly interested in hearing from organizations across different sectors, as access to health and wellness support for artists often sits at the intersection of arts, community, and health systems.
The survey takes 3 – 8 minutes to complete and explores:
- What supports currently exist for artists and creative workers
- Where access barriers and challenges are most visible
- Where cross-sector collaboration could make a meaningful difference
- Strengthen the case for better systems of care and future resources for artists

All organizations that complete the survey will receive a summary of the findings, helping to build a clearer, shared picture of artist health and wellness needs across our community.
Survey insights will also help inform an upcoming Organizational Roundtable on Artist Health & Wellness Access, taking place on January 19, 2026 (Blue Monday), from 1 – 4pm MT (online-only).
The Roundtable will bring together organizations from across sectors to share knowledge, identify patterns, and explore realistic opportunities for collective action.
