Flourish Festival of Letters & Art is seeking applications from artists and makers for our curated arts market.
Flourish draws an exceptionally engaged audience — 1,000+ collectors through the doors each day, attending a festival that includes events such as an exclusive lunch with Leendert van der Pool, the renowned Dutch painter and knight of the Royal House of the Netherlands whose work is collected internationally.
This is not a craft fair. The collectors who attend Flourish come ready to buy, and they come with high expectations.
We are looking for artists whose work reflects that calibre — pieces that can hold their own in a room full of people who take the art of the written mark seriously. Work connected to calligraphy, lettering, bookmaking, papermaking, illustration and related disciplines is particularly welcome, though we will consider any maker whose practice aligns with the spirit and standard of the festival.
Spaces are limited to 30 and selection is by jury.
