Call for Dancers
Wild Mint Arts
Dates: June 9 – 17, 2026
We are hiring three-to-four dancers to workshop choreography for our new piece, They Carry Us. Community dancers, professional dancers and recreational dancers/movers/theatre artists are welcome from all backgrounds and 18+ ages. We are asking for at least one-year of experience performing. We do prioritize the hiring of IBPOC and 2SLGBTQIA* performers. Total Hours: There will be a total 30 hrs of rehearsal, 10 hours of tech rehearsal and one WIP showing.
Compensation: $35/hr for rehearsals $30/hr for tech rehearsals $400/WIP showing $300/workshop
*The rehearsal schedule can be negotiated based on dancer availability.
*Dancers must be available to teach one community dance workshop for Indigenous dancers during this time.
Each dancer will sign a contract, and must submit invoices for payment.
