Call for Vendors: SAAG Holiday Market

The Southern Alberta Art Gallery Maansiksikaitsitapiitsinikssin in Lethbridge is excited to announce that applications for our annual Holiday Market are now open! We invite applications from vendors who sell original, quality goods.
The market runs Friday, November 14 from 5 to 9pm and Saturday, November 15 from 10am to 5pm Vendors will have access to the Gallery for set-up at noon on Friday, November 14 and at 9am on Saturday, November 15. This year’s Holiday Market will include hot beverages, a holiday craft station by Gallery staff, complimentary access to all of our current exhibitions and more! Complimentary wifi, coffee, and tea is available for vendors.
Each selected vendor will receive a booth space (8.5ft x 3ft or 8.5ft x 4.5ft), selected by them at the time of submitting their contract and vendor fee. Booth space is available on a first come, first served basis, so complete these steps early to choose your preferred location. The Gallery can provide a table for an additional fee.
To apply, please complete the application form linked in the attached document and provide up to 10 images of the work you wish to feature in the Holiday Market as .jpeg or .png files. Images can be emailed to visitorservices@saag.ca with the subject line “2025 Holiday Market – [Name] Images”. The deadline to apply is 5pm Saturday, September 13, 2025.
Accepted vendors will be notified by Saturday, September 20, 2025. The total cost to participate as a vendor for both days is $60 CAD. Vendor fees are payable in person at the Gallery during opening hours by cash, debit, or credit card, or online by credit card. Vendor fees are non-refundable. Vendors who submit their payment and contract by 5pm on Saturday, October 4, 2025, will receive a special early bird rate of $50. The final deadline for payment and a signed contract for accepted vendors is 5pm Friday, October 18, 2025.
