Sandstone City
Sandstone City is a new independent comedy show in Calgary’s Beltline, specializing in stand-up comedy, sketch comedy, improv — basically anything funny.
We are inviting Calgary-based performers with strong comedic instincts and bold material — whether you’re into sketch comedy, political satire, physical comedy character impressions or magic (good or bad).
We’re looking for 5 – 7-minute acts including:
- Original comedy sketches
- Political or pop culture impersonations
- Satirical monologues
- Magic routines
- Physical comedy or clown work
- Any act that thrives in front of a live audience
Compensation is based on a profit share model from ticket sales. We are not a bar or corporate gig!
