Introduction
What does collective care look like in our current context in the arts and beyond? What does collective care mean as we program shows and exhibits, connect with audiences, develop strategic plans and champion staff and volunteers?
This 90-minute webinar considers how understanding and knowing ourselves (our vibrancy, our expression, and our multiple ways of being) can cultivate collective care when we are working in an organization, engaging with community, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and living in this world at this time.
Webinar topics
We will explore what collective care means to us and:
- How to offer and receive collective care
- How to identify boundaries for collective care
- How to listen to different perspectives on collective care
- How to create agreements and a plan for collective care
