Morti’s Craft Club is a social crafting club for introverts and their token extroverts every second Thursday of the month – it’s giving black cat energy! Whether you’re new to crafting or starting back up we offer a place to learn new skills, nurture hyperfixation projects, have a designated time to create and meet fellow artists. All are welcome to join a low pressure and non-academic space where having fun is the top priority.
Go non-verbal with a like minded group or chat about your current hyper-fixation — the choice is yours! We encourage folks with no prior experience to come join our simple guided crafts to embrace materials and enjoy the creative process. More advanced in your craft? Bring your own projects to work on with fellow crafters and learn new skills. Inspired by a black cat named Morti and her approach to life this craft club embraces slowing down, making time to play, and not taking life so seriously – with an occasional break to enjoy the sun beams.
Our next meet up is December 11 from 7 – 9pm at The Bows, 2001b 10 Ave. SW. Warm drinks and sweets will be provided!
