Call for Event Assistants – Calgary Film Premiere
We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable event assistants to support a special premiere screening event in Calgary on September 24, 2025.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a powerful film event and gain hands-on experience in event production and guest services.
Roles and Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with event setup and teardown
- Greeting and managing VIP guests and panelists
- Organizing and distributing promotional materials
- Liaising with vendors and venue staff
- Providing general event support throughout the evening
Time Commitment: Afternoon to evening on September 24, 2025 (exact timing TBC).
