Light up Chinatown with your own handmade lantern.

Join Friends of Chinatown for a hands-on lantern making class that celebrates our culture’s traditions and stories. All ages and skill levels are welcome—supplies are provided. Artist Ziya Lin will be leading the class and sharing the story of why she loves Lanterns and the artistry. 

By registering, you help keep Chinatown’s cultural heritage alive while supporting local artists and community programs. Come create, learn and connect with neighbors as we brighten our streets together.
