FuturePerfect: Recruit Young Talent While Reducing Your Costs
FuturePerfect, funded by Employment and Social Development Canada, offers 12-week work placements for young adults aged 18 to 30. We partner with businesses in Calgary, Nanaimo, Quebec City, and Halifax to provide meaningful work experiences.
Participants live rent-free in the community and engage in career development programs throughout their placements. We offer three cohorts annually: Winter, Summer and Fall.
Benefits for Employers:
- Wage Subsidy: Up to $7 per hour for up to 40 hours per week (minimum 35 hours).
- Simplified Hiring: We manage recruitment and screening for you.
- Job-Ready Talent: Motivated young professionals eager to contribute.
- Risk-Free Trial: Optional opportunity to hire participants after the 12-week placement.
- Ongoing Support: Guidance from our team every step of the way.
Important Dates:
- Job offers from employment partners are due by March 1, 2025.
- Participants begin their work placements on May 26 and complete them on August 15, 2025.
