Are you looking for ways to become a better support for your gender diverse, Two Spirit, nonbinary and gender diverse coworkers in the film industry? Spindle Films Foundation is delighted to offer an in person workshop that will equip you with confidence and clarity so that you can become an impactful ally both on set and off.

Join Javelin Laurence (they/them), an ICF trained coach and multi-faceted storyteller, as they guide you through an experiential gender-diversity training course made for allies in the film industry. This class will provide education on the nuances of gender identity, and provide you with tangible skills practice that will help you be an effective ally to your gender-diverse teammates. Walk away with increased confidence and capacity to navigate gender diversity in the film industry workplace.

Who is this for: This class is for cis-gendered allies who work in any department in the film industry in Alberta, who are invested in improving their ability to advocate for and support gender-diverse colleagues.
