YYC Princess is hiring performers for various positions. We are looking for emerging and experienced performers that fall into the following descriptions to play a variety of characters: Male, Latinx, Arab, East Indian and Caucasian.
Come join a community of performers that love spreading magic to Calgary and area. If you have dreamed of being a princess or prince this is your opportunity to join a team where that dream becomes reality. We are looking for improvisers that can read a room and adapt to ever changing situations.
Job Requirements:
- Singing experience
- Experience with children
- Experience with performing
- Weekends free
- Over 16
- Ability to pass a background check with vulnerable populations
- Drivers license is an asset
- Special skills are an asset (circus, balloon, instruments, face painting, ice skating, roller skates etc.)
Please come prepared to perform two (2) contrasting audition songs, one from classic Disney era up to 2000, and one from modern Disney era, 2000 onward, of a character you connect with or feel you can play.
