We’re looking for a motivated, people-driven junior agent to join the Six Talent Management team. You’ll be on the front lines—supporting our roster of performers, fielding casting calls and helping our agency grow. If you know the industry, love connecting people, and thrive in a fast-moving environment, we want to hear from you.
Requirements
Required
- Strong admin skills and meticulous attention to detail required
- Excellent people and communication skills — with both actors and clients required
Assets
- Knowledge of the performing world—voiceover (VO) experience is a major asset
- Computer-savvy and comfortable adapting to various online platforms for casting calls
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively
- AI literacy and openness to using emerging tools
- Knowledge of ACTRA
- Familiarity with non-union performer contracts
Availability
- Flexible schedule with the ability to respond quickly to time-sensitive casting requests
- Some evening and weekend availability required
- High energy and genuine motivation to grow with the company
