No art experience needed — just bring your open heart. All materials will be provided. Ages: Adults & Teens 16+
In our busy, distracted and often overwhelming world, we rarely pause to sit with ourselves — to just be. This Mandala Art & Mindfulness Workshop offers you a chance to do exactly that.
Join us for a soul-nourishing afternoon of Mandala drawing, gentle reflection, and creative self-expression at the serene Sparrow Artspace. Mandalas — circular, symmetrical patterns—are more than just beautiful artworks. They are a meditative and grounding practice that can help soothe the nervous system, calm the mind, and restore balance from within. Creating a Mandala is like coming home to yourself — an invitation to slow down, meet your inner world, and express it with intention.
In this guided experience, you will:
- Learn the basics of Mandala structure and pattern creation
- Use drawing as a mindfulness practice
- Explore your creativity in a calm, supportive setting
- Leave with a one-of-a-kind Mandala artwork created by you
