The Alberta Network of Immigrant Women (ANIW)’s Needle & Thread Program is partnering with Riyoko Design Studio to offer Advanced Sewing Classes.

This course will provide participants with essential, practical skills for aspiring designers and experienced sewers alike:

  • Fundamental rules and techniques of patternmaking in relation to sewing.
  • How to apply patternmaking techniques to 3D forms.
  • Practical skills to solve fitting and alteration problems.
