Next Generation Artist Opportunity
ArtLaunch Organization of Canada | CF Chinook Centre

ArtLaunch is supporting CF Chinook Centre in recognizing and celebrating young Alberta artists by featuring their work in a prominent area of the shopping centre.
This planned exhibition will:
- Present reproductions of artwork by 22 young Alberta artists (ages 29 and under).
- Feature each selected work on a 48″ × 60″ poster-style panel, integrated into a larger vinyl wall-wrap installation.
Exhibition dates:
- Target launch: January/February 2026 (exact date TBC).
- Exhibition duration: Approximately 6 months, with the option for the venue to extend the display period.
Artist fees, Visibility & Support
This exhibition has been designed by CF Chinook Centre to support young artists at an early stage in their careers. Selected artists will receive:
- $225 honorarium per artist.
- All printing and installation costs covered by CF Chinook Centre.
- Up to 100 words (combined) for a short artist bio and artwork/artist statement to accompany the work.
- The option to include an inquiry link (email, website, or Instagram) so visitors can learn more about the artist and inquire about purchasing work.
- Promotion of the exhibition by CF Chinook Centre through its channels, at its discretion.
