Submissions Open
YYC Music Awards
Deadline to submit: May 1, 2026
Back for another season of celebrating the best in Calgary’s music industry, the YYC Music Awards is ramping up for their 11th year as submissions open Sunday, March 1. Learn more about the YYC Music Awards at yycmusicawards.com.
Last year’s YYC Music Awards uplifted music makers, industry professionals and music lovers from every genre, style and format in a powerful evening to remember. The 2025 awards saw the newly created Live Performer of the Year award, which recognized stage warriors who haven’t necessarily focused on recording.
Celebrating the 11th anniversary in September 2026, the YYC Music Awards Gala recognizes the best of Calgary’s music industry in a red-carpet evening of performances and celebration for a who’s who of our local music community.
