BUMP Festival

BUMP Festival is hiring again! Our festival is growing and so is our organization. We are getting ready for an exciting August and are ready to expand our summer team with four seasonal team members.

For 2025 we are looking to hire for the following positions. Please click on each position title to learn more about the role and how to apply. Summer Seasonal Positions

Two Mural Coordinators

The successful candidate(s) will join our fast-paced, team environment to collaborate and
deliver an exceptional BUMP Festival. The mural coordinator (MC) will support artists,
stakeholders and staff to develop murals and festival programming and reports to the
murals manager.

This role will start at 16 hours per week and gradually increase to full-time during
summer operations. The successful candidate(s) will be compensated $20/hour with 4%
vacation. This is a temporary position beginning from May 19 to August 30, 2025.

One Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

The marketing and communications coordinator (M&CC) will work with the BUMP
creative manager to promote the BUMP Festival and Urban Art Conference — focusing
on digital presence/social media, outreach to stakeholders, copywriting and outreach to
media stakeholders. The M&CC will assist in proliferating information/assets related to
murals, partnerships and events programming. The M&CC will report to the creative
manager and other managers as necessary.

One Festival & Events Coordinator

The festival and events coordinator (F&EC) will support the organizing and execution
of events for the BUMP Festival and Urban Art Conference. The coordinator will also
support the Festival and Events Manager in related tasks including outreach to local
businesses and organizational networking. The F&EC will report to the Festival and
Events Manager primarily and other managers as necessary.

Pre-festival work hours are typically Monday through Friday. During the BUMP Festival,
weekend and evening availability will be required (the schedule will be discussed in
advance).
