Opportunity: Approximately 16 hours per week (weekend availability is required along with occasional evenings), term-specific (ending September 2027)
Wage: $22 per hour

About Contemporary Calgary and the Position

We are seeking a TD Education Facilitator to join the education department. This role facilitates art programs with children, youth and adults, and collaborates in the planning and refinement of these programs.
As part of the funder’s criteria, this opportunity is meant to support an early career artist educator who has faced systemic barriers to employment. This position is intended to supplement the individual’s artistic practice or studies, providing an opportunity for relevant part-time work.
Because this position involves working with children, the successful candidate will be required to secure a Police Information Check (PIC) and Vulnerable Sector Search (VSS) clearance.
The successful candidate will also be required to provide evidence of current fi rst aid training or undertake certifi cation in the first 30 days of employment.
