Quiet Zone Tent Attendants
Chinook Blast
Compensation: $20/hour
Chinook Blast is seeking Quiet Zone Attendants for its outdoor winter festival. This role supports a dedicated sensory relief tent designed as a quiet, neutral space for guests to pause, reset and regulate during the festival experience.
Dates & Times:
- January 30 from 5 – 10pm
- January 31 from 3 – 10pm
- February 6 from 5 – 10pm
- February 7 from 5 – 11pm
- February 13 & 14 from 5 – 10pm
- February 15 from 1 – 4pm
- February 16 from 12 – 4pm
Staff are required to be on site 15 minutes prior to opening and remain 15 minutes post-close for each shift.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a calm, quiet and supportive presence within the sensory tent
- Assist guests if support is required, without disrupting the environment
- Sanitize fidgets and surface areas between visits
- Ensure the space remains neutral, low-stimulus and respectful at all times
Requirements
- Proof of a background check that includes a Vulnerable Persons Search (mandatory; partial or separate checks will not be accepted)
- Reliability, attentiveness, and comfort working in a sensitive, guest-focused environment
Minimum call: 4 hours per shift
