“Tis Pity She’s a Whore” Auditions

Audition dates: June 21, 2026
This is an independently produced production, awaiting successful grant funding. Should funding arrive prior to rehearsal, compensation will be $2405/actor. Should it arrive after, it will be reimbursed pay or a box-office split, whichever value is higher.
Submission Information
Auditions will be from 12 – 6 pm on June 21 in Calgary.
If you are unable to attend the scheduled audition date please still fill out the audition form: forms.gle/.
Selected actors will be sent an audition invitation and asked to prepare material from the script. Please also be prepared to chat a bit with the team in attendance and know that you may or may not be redirected on your audition material.
Production Dates
- Rehearsals will start September 11 or October 4, depending on actor commitments.
- Show Dates are October 21 – 25 & 28 – 31, 2026 at Doherty Hall on the Calgary Stampede grounds.
