Touching Grass Show: Development Community Survey

We are creating a new show and looking for insights from our community on the following topics:
- Corporate culture — specifically the BS of it all (the politics, coded language, etc.).
- Burnout from working in a corporate environment (the journey in and out of burnout).
- Turning 30 as a woman or femme person and the societal expectations that come with that (owning a house, having kids, being married, knowing what your career trajectory is, having a 7-step skincare routine).
We are specifically interested in hearing from women and femme presenting folks who have insights into one or more of these categories:
- Are close to turning 30 (or maybe aren’t but feel the looming presence of that milestone)
- Have recently turned 30
- Lived through turning 30 and the lessons they learned within their 30’s
- Experienced the pressure of expectations of what a “successful” woman looks like
- Experienced the pressure of being a second-generation immigrant
- Experienced corporate burnout (whether currently in it or having recovered)
The survey takes about 5 – 20 minutes depending on the depth of answers and responses will be anonymous. To complete the survey visit docs.google.com.
