We’re excited to introduce the @unganisha Anti-Black Racism Commitment Project, a transformative residency program designed to empower and elevate the next generation of Black leaders in the arts.

If you’re African, Caribbean or Black, living in Calgary, aged 19 to 30 with a passion to advance your artistic leadership career, this opportunity is for YOU! Selected participants will be matched with top arts organizations, historical parks organizations, philanthropic foundations, and business development organizations for a six (6) month placement (January to June 2026).

You’ll gain invaluable hands-on experience, develop leadership skills, and build community connections, plus a $3,000 honorarium upon completion!
