Local stores, industry, and travelling vendors are all welcome to apply for a vendor booth in our hall to sell your official licensed merchandise!
Services
Materials Handling, Shipping and Storage
Materials handling will be provided exclusively by Global Convention Services LTD. This pertains to all merchandise and equipment that comes through the loading dock. For details regarding extra furnishing for booth spaces, shipping and storage of merchandise please refer to the Tradeshow Forms provided in your acceptance email.
You may ship your wares ahead of time to the dock, however, please note that Global Convention Services will charge a storage fee as noted in the Tradeshow Forms.
Power & Internet
Power and internet access are available, however you must order them directly through the Calgary Telus Convention Centre using the Tradeshow Forms provided in your acceptance email.
Note: Otafest is not able to order these services, nor troubleshoot them for you as they are provided direct to you. If you have any questions about power and/or internet, please contact the Calgary Telus Convention Centre / Global Convention Services using the contact information available with the Tradeshow Forms.
