An art-fuelled weekly workshop to help you heal, celebrate your identity, and reframe what wellbeing means to you.
After the roundtable introductions, we begin the workshop with a brief presentation on various aspects of “how the world works.” We highlight beliefs, societal frameworks, and current research. Then, Stacey Perlin facilitates artistic activities that help us break down these elements into helpful tips and tactics to improve our lives.
Each week is a new adventure; you can jump in at any time. Sharing your experience is voluntary, and know that whatever you do share is held in a safe space. No artistic experience is necessary; all materials are provided (including a workbook). Water and tea are provided.
