Dates: May 17 – 19, 2019 Location: Toronto, Ontario In partnership with York University. This three-day IDI workshop will be taught by founders, Tonia Sina, and Siobhan Richardson, and lead instructor, Claire Warden and other guest lead instructors. This three-day intensive is designed to prepare actors and directors for working with intimacy directors and being advocates for themselves and each other in the room. It will include techniques for handling scenes of intimacy, tips, advice, and lessons based on years of academic and professional research and experience. This is a workshop open to any and all in the entertainment industry. We welcome stage managers, costumers, producers, directors, and much more. This intensive will help you to further understand intimacy direction as it relates to the changing landscape entertainment today. Registration is now open!
