Arts Community Public Art Review Workshop

On Monday, September 24, 2018, The City of Calgary is inviting members of the arts community to participate in a discussion on the review of the Public Art program.

Helena Grdadolnik, Director of Workshop Architecture, the lead consultant on the public art review process will be hosting a facilitated session, to enhance understanding of the review process as well as gather feedback.

Feedback topics will include:

  • Purpose of Public Art.
  • Artist selection process.
  • Engagement methods.
  • The guiding principles (The Public Art Policy).

The agenda will include a brief presentation on the above topics followed by a facilitated workshop.

Refreshments will be provided.
