On Monday, September 24, 2018, The City of Calgary is inviting members of the arts community to participate in a discussion on the review of the Public Art program. Helena Grdadolnik, Director of Workshop Architecture, the lead consultant on the public art review process will be hosting a facilitated session, to enhance understanding of the review process as well as gather feedback. Feedback topics will include: Purpose of Public Art. Artist selection process. Engagement methods. The guiding principles (The Public Art Policy). The agenda will include a brief presentation on the above topics followed by a facilitated workshop. Refreshments will be provided. Location: Power Reception Hall, Calgary City Hall (800 Macleod Tr.
