StoryBook Theatre is looking to hire Assistant Stage Managers (ASM) for our 2018 Student Summer Intensive Program, Into the Woods. The Assistant Stage Manager would report to the Stage Manager and would be responsible for assisting the production team in rehearsals, as well as working as an ASM during the run of the show.

Applicants must be returning to full-time studies in Fall 2018.

• July 1, 3 – 5, 10 – 12, 17 – 19, 24 – 26

6:00 – 10:00pm:

• August 18 – 19, 21 – 24, 28 – 31, 2018
• September 4 – 7, 2018

6:00 – 11:00pm:

• July 31, 2018
• August 1, 2, 7 – 9, 14 – 17, 2018

1:00 – 6:00pm:

• August 18, 2018

1:00 – 10:00pm:

• July 8, 15, 21, 28, 29, 2018
• August 11, 12, 25, 26, 2018
• September 1, 2, 8, 2018

Skills and Qualifications:

• Self-motivated.
• Able to work alone as well as part of a team.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Experience with Qlab an asset.
• Previous backstage experience an asset.
• Above the age of 18.
• Must be willing to submit to a criminal record check.
• Must be returning to a post-secondary institution Fall 2018.
