Education Engagement Manager

Beakerhead is seeking an educator who is eager to build a new K-12 program! Please see the job profile attached.

Qualifications/Expertise Required

The position requires strong communications skills, loads of creativity, a knack for writing creative marketing copy, all layered on top of an education background. This includes previous teaching experience, an understanding of curriculum mapping and interdisciplinary approaches to teaching.

In sum, it requires an educators’ mind, strong communications skills, and ability to project manage. This person must demonstrate a high degree of independence and initiative in producing online content and work well with all members of the Beakerhead team in proactively creating a highly engaged educator community.

Remuneration

This is a 30-hour a week employment position with an annual salary of $45,000 with the potential to grow. As with all Beakerhead positions, it is contingent on ongoing funding. It requires an independent self-starter with leadership ability and experience.
