Deadline updated to February 1, 2021. The Beltline BIA is looking to transform our BELTLINE bike racks into a socially significant art piece. Why? We want the bike racks to represent more than just a place to store your bikes. We’re searching for an artist to give a facelift to the bike racks with a message to inspire, connect and engage our Beltline community around current social issues.
