This position requires exceptional organizational, research, and time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create positive relationships with rights holders at other organizations. The successful candidate will be an excellent writer and will be comfortable managing projects and negotiating fees in a deadline-driven, highly collaborative environment.

This is a permanent part-time position (three days or 22.5 hours a week). Assuming a 22.5 hour work week, the starting salary range would be $21,000 to $24,000 a year depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits.

The position is located in our downtown Calgary, Alberta office, and the candidate will be expected to work from the office (this is not a remote position).
