What creative activities can you teach? Tai Chi? Puppet making? Storytelling? Dancing? We all know the benefits of participating in creative activity for the mind, spirit and physical health. Our goal is to bring a variety of different creative activities to isolated seniors. Creative Aging Calgary Society invites artists from all disciplines to create a 10 to 45 minute creative workshop video to share with seniors dealing with isolation. Videos will be shared on our YouTube channel, our website, and social media. An honorarium of $100 will be provided. Workshops must use materials/equipment that is cost effective and accessible.
