The Making Treaty 7 Cultural Society is having an open casting call on September 3, 2018 for its new production, Kaahsinnooniks.

The Making Treaty 7 Cultural Society explores the historical significance of the events at Blackfoot Crossing in 1877, while investigating the consequences and implications of Treaty 7, 141 years later. The Society invites people of all ages and backgrounds to consider an enlightened, sustainable future for everyone—together.

We are looking for a Non-Indigenous female actor who can play a string instrument well along with vocals.

Please prepare a two-minute monologue, strings music piece with vocals, also you will be asked to engage in a brief musical improvisation.

Please indicate ten minute time slot you wish to audition in. Times are between 10:00am to 4:30pm on September 3, 2018. We will do our best to give you your recommended time slot.
