ChatterBox Theatre Society is looking to fill several positions in the board of directors, volunteer roles that will offer the necessary support for identifying and obtaining funds and managing the project.

Your role requires to bring your knowledge and support for identifying and obtaining the necessary funds for ChatterBox Theatre Society, and/or for organizing fundraising events.

Other responsibilities include:

• Watching over ChatterBox Theatre Society activity and ensuring the strategy and culture are respected at all times.
• Increasing community involvement and promoting ChatterBox Theatre’s name.
• Overseeing the financial administration of ChatterBox Theatre and reviewing financial reports.
• Assisting the organization when needed and actively participating in board meetings.

ChatterBox Theatre Society is an Alberta charity, a non-profit organization, serving the South Calgary and Okotoks regions. As per our mission, we are more than a theatre as we are dedicated to delivering a meaningful theatrical experience to young audiences through interaction and humour, teaching children positive values and offering them support in their development stages, building a stronger community by encouraging public interaction and dialogue, and nurturing and promoting our local artists.
