Cashier Supervisor

Cashier supervisors have elevated box office responsibilities to ensure smooth operations of the festival box office. They complete daily cash outs, open/close the box office, have advanced training on the box office system, and are the first point of contact if customer service issues arise. They are also required to perform regular cashier duties, especially during busy times or when cashiers are on breaks.
