This session is focused on charcoal drawing You will learn the techniques and methods used by the masters for hundreds of years. classical drawing comprises the study of old masters drawings, starting with graphite drawing and moving on to charcoal, after going through the methods taught in all the great academies of the past. This course can be taken multiple times as you hone and highly refine your artistic skills to copy and draw what you see with great discernment and precision. Dates: Eight-week course starts on April 11, 2019 For this course you will need: Vine and compressed charcoal, general charcoal pencils, stumps, erasers, paper and butterfly clips.
