Adjudicator Assistant

This role is one of the most dynamic roles at the festival and one that we need the largest selection of volunteers! This position ensures that the adjudicator is kept comfortable and organized during the class, you provide valuable administrative assistance and get to listen to music being performed live.

Duties

Introduce the adjudicator using a pre-written bio, collect and order sheet music from each performer, record and deliver performer’s marks to the office and return winner and runner-up certificates to the adjudicator.

Dates: April 15 – May 4, 2019
Location: Mount Royal University Campus

Shift Options:

Weekday (Monday – Friday)

  • Morning (9:00am – 12:00pm)
  • Afternoon (1:00 – 4:00pm)
  • Evening (5:00 – 8:00pm)

Commitment

Standard volunteer commitment is a minimum of three shifts during the festival season, most shifts range from three to four hours.
