Suspend your daily life and let your creativity flow! This workshop is for all who wish to tap into their creative intuition and unleash their creative power. We will be using yoga and meditation to journey through the chakras (energy centres along your spine), and end with an exercise in intuitive painting. Date: Saturday April 6, 2019, 9:30 –11:30am Location: inkUbator, Northland Village Mall (5111 Northland Dr. NW) Cost: $50 Please bring a yoga mat and a cushion or blanket. Carol-Ann has been teaching art and yoga since 2005 and has led many classes, events, and retreats – teaching hobby artists and absolute beginners how to draw, paint and think more creatively.
