The Opportunity The Okotoks Art Gallery has an exciting opportunity for a culture & heritage representative to join their team. The success candidate will provide customer service and administrative support at the Okotoks Art Gallery, handle financial transactions and provide visitors with information on things such as events, local businesses, culture, history, activities, facility bookings and more. They will also maintain databases and record management. This position is non-permanent position working up to 40 hours a week. Hours are anticipated to be higher during the summer months and less for the remainder of the year. Applicants must be prepared to work varying days, including weekends.
