Curbside Concerts​ is looking for a stellar EA and administrative manager to join a new and growing company, who is responsible for assisting the company founder, manage booking inquiries, and support administrative and accounting systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive assistant for company founder.
  • Administrative and management support.
  • Books appointments and meetings.
  • Preparation of daily calendar.
  • Maintains filing system in accordance with the company systems.
  • Contacts external people and organizations on behalf of the founder in order to obtain information.
  • Forwarding booking inquiries, liaising with producers as needed.
  • Preparing meeting agendas and taking meeting notes.
  • Identify sales or business opportunities based on inquiries coming into inquiry inbox.
  • Manage and process payments, refunds, post debits and credits, and collaborate in.
    transitioning this manual process to automation with bookkeeper and operations director.
  • Support systems and process setup by the national development and national operations.

  • Minor web development which includes updating company web pages as needed with short turnaround times, sometimes within an hour.

Education & Experience:

  • One to three years experience in an administrative assistant, admin logistics and accounting role.
  • Successful completion of Grade 12 supplemented by a two-year office administration diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with Quickbooks or other accounting software.
  • Familiarity with Slack (communication software) and Asana (project management -software).
  • Familiarity with CMS (content management systems) and Webflow.

Skills:

  • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Collaborative and sees value in learning from the experience of others.
  • Works well in a faced-paced, mentally friendly, start-up, ever-evolving business environment.
  • Ability to exercise a high level of tact, diplomacy, professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to organize and set work priorities.

Remuneration: We’re excited to provide the successful candidate with $1,000 per week.
