Donated Artwork Information

I bought the watercolour years ago at a charity auction held by Servants Anonymous. Servants Anonymous is now the RESET Society of Calgary.

The piece was donated by the late Jack Long.

I am looking to identify the artist and for information on the the artist perhaps a bio.

I am in the process of re-framing the piece and I would like the artist name and bio to mount it on the back.
